The One You Can't Buy
Details
Book 15 in the Fennel's Journal Series.
Previously only available to close friends, The One You Can't Buy is the sister book to Fine Things.
Whereas Fine Things celebrates the wonderful eccentricity of being proudly individual, The One You Can't Buy has a cheeky rebellious streak, promoting the fierce independence we need to ensure our deepest heartbeat grows ever stronger and our true self always remains. It's about maverick individuality, about pushing back, bucking trends, breaking rules, non-conforming, and setting our own terms. Ultimately is about fighting to keep our dreams alive.
If Fennel's Journal is a route map to freedom, this final book in the series proves the importance of ensuring that you take your true self there with you.

Favourite quote from The One You Can't Buy
"Navigating and negotiating our way through life's pressures is a perpetual test of self belief, self worth and self sustainment. We dream, we plan, we invest; we trade, we compromise, we sacrifice; we hope, we strive, we pray. But...how much of ourselves do we conceal or lose along the way? How much do we protect, nurture and reveal? How often do we assess whether we are more or less of ourselves than when we began? When we sense that we are ceasing to exist, we proudly shout, 'I'm not for sale!' We dig deep and release the courage that defines us. That's when we stand hand-in-hand with our child within: the one who most deserves to be free."
Shipping
Orders are posted once a week, on a Saturday morning. Whilst the service doesn't compete with faster delivery times provided by bigger companies, it does mean you get a book posted by me and I get a scenic walk to the post office and a sneaky sausage roll from the bakers on my way home.
